Recipe: Garlic Rosemary Infused Olive Oil
This recipe for infused olive oil will take your cooking to the next level. You can use it as you would use olive oil for cooked dishes, or drizzle it over bread, salads and more. Feel free to experiment with different fresh herbs for more exciting flavors.
1 bunch fresh rosemary
1 whole garlic
I lemon, cut into wedges
16 oz. olive oil
One funnel and glass bottle
Heat olive oil and ingredients over very low heat.
Once mixture begins to simmer, then infusion is ready.
Funnel into a bottle. You can add more garlic, rosemary sprigs, and lemon wedges for decoration and for a stronger infusion.
