Recipe: Grilled Chicken & Zucchini Pasta in Lemon Tahini Sauce

Many of us in the store are fans of paleo-friendly meals, which are low in carbohydrates and high in protein. This is a clean meal, that will still fill you up and give you good energy throughout the day.


  • Grilled chicken

  • 4-5 zucchini

  • 4-5 carrots

  • 1 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons tahini

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoon sea salt


  1. To save time, make sure to grill chicken beforehand. With a vegetable peeler, shave zucchini and carrots. Set aside shavings in a bowl.

  2. Next combine last four ingredients to make dressing.

  3. Toss dressing into shavings.

  4. Serve with chicken, avocado, and cherry tomatoes
