Pineapple Kale Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for summer as it allows you to get your greens, some vitamin C. Plus pineapple and mint are known to help with digestion and stomach pain. You can easily add protein powder, chia, or a grain of your choice to make this smoothie more filling.


  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • 8 oz. orange juice

  • ¼ cup ice

  • ½ cup kale

  • 5-6 leaves fresh mint


Place all ingredients together in a blender and pulse well. Pour into a jar and enjoy!
