If you’re craving a creamy delicious popsicle without dairy, then these caffeinated pops are just for you! Coconut milk is a great alternative to dairy for using in many dessert recipes. With all the right creaminess and texture, it blends well with other ingredients and is a healthy option to replacing cow’s milk. You can't go wrong with a five ingredient recipe list. In Japan, kids are allowed to eat matcha-infused desserts, but if you have kids and concerns, try using just 1 tsp of matcha.

Tools- popsicle molds

Ingredients 1 can coconut milk 2 tsp matcha powder 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract Pinch of salt

  • Heat coconut milk in a small sauce pan over medium heat, just enough to warm up.

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy.

  • Pour into molds and place in freezer until solid

That's it! Dessert has never been so easy. :)
