Recipe: Grilled Chicken & Zucchini Pasta in Lemon Tahini Sauce
Many of us in the store are fans of paleo-friendly meals, which are low in carbohydrates and high in protein. This is a clean meal, that will still fill you up and give you good energy throughout the day.
1 cups cherry tomatoes
1 avocado, sliced
2 teaspoon olive oil
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoon sea salt
To save time, make sure to grill chicken beforehand. With a vegetable peeler, shave zucchini and carrots. Set aside shavings in a bowl.
Next combine last four ingredients to make dressing.
Toss dressing into shavings.
Serve with chicken, avocado, and cherry tomatoes
