INGREDIENTS 2 cucumbers 1/2 a medium sized lemon 3 inches of ginger root 1/4 cup of pineapple diced 6-7 sprigs of parsley 2 tablespoons of soaked chia seeds DIRECTIONS In a glass place the 2 tablespoons of soaked chia seeds.
